Staff of SHN and Streamline Planning Consultants (SPC) will conduct the required one-day in-class portion of the Qualified Industrial SWPPP Practitioner (QISP) training in Eureka, California, on Thursday, July 28, 2016.  The purpose of the class is to prepare attendees for the QISP final exam, administered by the Sacramento State Office of Water Programs.

Our first class will be offered in Eureka, with others following in Redding and Willits.

The State certifies Trainers of Record (Tor) to teach these classes; at SHN and SPC, they are:

• Patrick Barsanti, QISP ToR #00009, who brings 37 years of stormwater management experience in many and varied industries.
• Sam Polly, QISP ToR #00092, who is an erosion control and  stormwater specialist, with experience in the construction, nursery, agricultural, and landscaping industries.
• Gwen Erickson, QISP ToR #00141, who is an erosion control and stormwater specialist, with experience in the solid waste management (landfills and recycling), and construction industries.
