Bruce R. Grove Jr.

Inland Regional Principal and Senior Planner

Bruce has almost 30 years of experience as an environmental planner and project manager for federal, state, and local government entities; private clients; tribal governments; and non-profit organizations. Bruce is a true partner in all aspects of entitlement review and environmental compliance, coordinating multi-disciplinary and multi-agency projects to achieve common project objectives. Bruce’s planning and CEQA/NEPA experience covers a wide range of land uses and industries, including mining and landfill expansions, utility scale wind and solar developments, commercial and mixed-use developments, large residential subdivisions, low-income housing, and medical and religious campuses.  Bruce manages a planning team that provides onsite and remote staff services to several local jurisdictions including the City of Anderson, City of Alturas, City of Corning, Butte County, Siskiyou County, Modoc County, Tehama County, and Trinity County.  In 2025, Bruce was promoted from Redding Regional Principal to Regional Principal of our Inland offices, which includes Redding, CA; and Klamath Falls and Lakeview, Oregon.
