Jared O’Barr, PE

Civil Engineering Principal

Jared’s 10+ years of consulting experience covers engineering, construction management, and inspections. His engineering expertise includes site development and “site civil” services, slope stability analyses, and the design of retaining walls, floating docks, foundations, water tanks, parking lots, and road realignments. He is an expert on hydraulic fracture analyses for horizontal directional drilling operations. Specific specialties include ADA accessibility, municipal utility design, and stormwater mitigation and low-impact development.
