Jason has over 25 years of experience in professional engineering services. He has worked on a wide range of public and private projects of varying sizes, and he is a highly effective team leader and problem solver. His “hands-on” experience in construction gives him practical insights in the design process and during construction management. He has extensive experience assisting cities and special districts fund, design, and construct projects. Many of the projects have been located in vulnerable coastal areas, where he and his team have successfully navigated rigorous permitting requirements and unique design challenges specific to the Northern California coastline. After becoming our Mendocino Regional Principal and opening our Fort Bragg office, Jason accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2025.
