Luc is our Coos Bay Office Lead and a Project Engineer. His experience is in engineering design, construction management, and inspection. Luc’s primary technical responsibilities include engineering plan production, specifications, and estimates for a range of projects from municipal infrastructure to private developments. These projects required his knowledge of modeling, complex grading, pipe networks, and hydraulics. His construction management and inspection experience includes all phases of construction administration and management, and inspection and materials testing coordination for multimillion dollar infrastructure projects.
