Based on over 45 years in business and our Vision Statement, SHN's intention is to build a better future for our communities, employees, and shareholders. Approximately 25% of SHN’s employees are shareholders, which allows us to direct our business strategies. While some work can be performed remotely, most of our projects require some field work that is geographically located in southern Oregon and northern California. We perform work for many kinds of clients, with a special emphasis on local, state, and tribal governments and special districts; the energy and forest products industries; larger consulting or contractor firms with whom we team; and private developers.
