Dave is a construction inspection and materials testing professional with more than 25 years of experience in heavy civil engineering projects, including bridge, infrastructure, and roadway construction. He currently serves as Director of SHN’s Materials Testing and Special Inspections, bringing extensive expertise in structural inspections, welding inspection, and non-destructive testing for essential facilities such as hospitals and schools. Dave is an ICC Certified Master of Special Inspection, an AWS Certified Welding Inspector, and an ASNT Level II Non-Destructive Testing Technician, with a record of leading inspection teams on complex multistory buildings, bridges, and roadway projects throughout Northern California. He has assisted in developing and maintaining quality programs for national and state laboratory accreditation for SHN laboratory facilities.
