Sam is a project manager with eight years of experience on a variety of public and private site development projects. His responsibilities range from assisting with project design and plan development to construction management activities such as conducting site evaluations and coordinating project delivery with contractors. Sam’s areas of expertise include site grading and drainage, ADA design, stormwater compliance, and structural engineering. In 2022, Sam attended SHN’s in-house leadership academy and found an interest and talent for people management as well as project management. In 2025, Sam accepted the role of Office Lead for our Willits office.
