Christina Tipp, PG, CEG

Mendocino Regional Principal

Christina is an engineering geologist with nearly 20 years of experience in engineering geology and geotechnical engineering. She specializes in evaluating geologic risk and conducting geotechnical investigations, including drilling, sampling, subsurface exploration, and geologic inspections. Her expertise includes fault trenching, rock coring, downhole logging, and installation of geotechnical instrumentation.  Christina brings hands-on field experience addressing development in geologic hazard zones, diagnosing building settlement and structural distress, and supporting projects from planning through construction. She also provides geologic input for timber harvest plans and serves as a QSD/QSP for SWPPP compliance. Known for her collaborative approach and clear communication, Christina is valued for practical insight and a strong commitment to quality.
